In 2013, my brother-in-law and I took a leap of faith. We moved from Massachusetts to Florida with a dream—to create a place where people could enjoy great food made with care. That dream started with Sunnyside Café, a small breakfast spot that quickly became a local favorite. We poured everything into it, making sure every plate was prepared with fresh ingredients and served with pride.

I traveled to Texas to meet Tony, and before I knew it, he sent his own chef to Florida. In just a week, my team was learning how to make some of the best pizza I had ever tasted. I had to ask—why was Tony so willing to help?
